We are a specialised provider of supported accommodation for young people aged 16–25 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, committed to helping them transition successfully to independent adult living.

Our Mission

We provide high-quality, trauma-informed supported accommodation that enables young people to develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently whilst ensuring they feel safe, valued and supported throughout their journey.

Our Therapeutic Approach

We use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to support young people’s emotional wellbeing and development.

Our approach recognises the impact of trauma and focuses on healing, recovery and resilience-building through safe, trustworthy relationships.

We utilise the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) to support young people with attachment difficulties and emotional regulation.

Individual pathway planning that focuses on each young person’s strengths, goals and aspirations for their future independence.

Our purpose-built supported accommodation provides a safe, homely environment for up to 4 young people aged 16–25. Located in the residential area of Alvaston, Derby, with excellent transport links and access to local amenities.
